The Beginning

Trestiq was born from the entrepreneurial journey of two young visionaries who, in 2015, founded three highly successful YouTube channels. Over the years, these channels grew in popularity, gaining significant traction online. However, due to personal differences, the founders decided to part ways and sell the channels to pursue new ventures. This decision marked the beginning of a new chapter—and a mission to improve the process of buying and selling digital assets.

The Challenge

When they attempted to sell their channels through specialized platforms, they encountered an industry riddled with challenges. Hidden fees, excessive commissions, and opaque processes were rampant, creating significant frustration for sellers. One of the entrepreneurs eventually managed to sell the channels, but the experience was far from ideal. Listing fees ranged from $30 to $900, and the level of promotion depended heavily on how much sellers were willing to pay. Despite finding a buyer, the final payout was a disappointment, reduced by platform fees, bank transfer deductions, and even additional charges by payment processors. It became painfully clear that the digital asset marketplace needed change.

Determined to address these issues, one of the founders dedicated months to studying the industry, analyzing its flaws, and designing a fairer solution. That solution became Trestiq, a platform built to revolutionize the buying and selling of digital assets, including YouTube channels, websites, and apps. Our mission? To provide a secure, fast, and accessible environment without the hidden fees or excessive commissions that plague traditional platforms.
